No, the accent means that it's a long and open aah sound, not an aw sound. There's a huge difference.And the -noa part comes from Noa, Noah so it's NO-a.It's Sian + Noah, not Sian + Na.

Sianoa -i've only ever heard it pronounced SHAH-Noah.Shauna -is pronounced SHAW-Nuh.2 totally different names.
