[Games] Re: La Reina's Royal Congrats (Round 4)
itsjustme2407Country: Francylvania
Royal House: CarimondeKing: Thelonius Absalom Bruno Simeon Durand
Queen: Damaris Zenaida Verena Alondra Gwenore
Princess/Prince: Magdalene Charis Drusilla Danae Iolanthe / Lucian Andres Barnabus Erasmus Theophilus
Prince: Cornelius Marcellus Sebastian Anatole Felix
Princess: Isadora Ginevra Lucretia Helen Elodie
Princess: Malvina Sidonia Georgianna Delia ClaireEver since the war with Selesin, Carimonde had been a much different place to live. For one thing, the twins were rarely found without weapons in hand, which worried Thelonius only because the development made finding a husband for his daughter practically impossible. Magda and Lucian could and did thrash every suitor who came calling; the worst was when she broke the arm of the son of the Selesinian ambassador. Foolish girl very nearly started another war! (And her brother's cackling in the midst of the shrieking and shouting certainly didn't help anything!)Damaris tried to convince her husband not to worry too much about arranging marriages for the twins. Secretly, the queen hoped that her eldest daughter and son would be able to marry for love rather than politics. Of course Damaris was still very much enamored with the husband who had been chosen for her (as the fact that she was pregnant with another of his children could attest), but there was definitely something to be said for being allowed to follow one's own heart. Damaris had seen her daughter and the captain of the guard exchanging wolfish smiles from afar, and Lucian took every opportunity to show off his strength and skill to one of the lesser but prettier noble girls at court. Cornelius was still his shrewd, commanding self, growing into a kind and sensible young man as he attended all manner of State affairs at either his mother's or father's side. The king and queen were in agreement that the blue-eyed prince would be announced as the next ruler when he reached his twenty-first birthday. The decision to pass over the twins was a difficult one, but neither Magda nor Lucian had ever shown the slightest inkling of interest in anything but their combat training (and were rather tempermentally unsuitable for the position anyways, being as tactless and headstrong as they were). Besides, their younger brother would always need generals.Beautiful Isadora was rather young but already attracting attention from royalty and nobility alike. She was sweet and graceful, with dark, flowing hair and an enchanting smile that a person just couldn't help returning. Unlike her somewhat rugged older sister, little Isadora absolutely adored being dressed up and pampered and, well, treated like the princess she was. The apple of her parents' eye did not react particularly well to hearing that she would no longer be the youngest of the royal family. The first thing she did when she heard that the baby had finally been born was throw an unprecedented tantrum.Still, the king and queen were very pleased with their youngest child, Malvina Sidonia Georgianna Delia Claire. She was a bit sickly at birth but responded well to constant attention. Vina, as she was called, seemed rather intelligent for her age, already able to recognize and respond to her own name, as well as those of her siblings. She loved twisting her tiny fingers through Lucian's messy curls and cried to be held by her eldest brother whenever he was mentioned or within view.
