Hetty (96) is a small petite woman with long grey hair that used to be a very pretty blond. She did modeling when she was younger and met Griffin while he was serving in the army.
Griffin (98) was impressed by the cute blond who tended to his wounds after a battle. The blond haired, blue eyed soldier fell-hard. Three months after meeting her, Griffin proposed and they had a wonderful life. The pair lives in assisted living now, but are still very much independent.

Genie (74) is the only child of Hetty and Griffin. She has long grey hair like her mother's. It too was blond. Genie was a pretty little girl who got everything her heart desired. She grew into a very demanding lady, until the death of her firstborn.
Wes (78) still isn't sure why he loves Genie so much. He was sixteen and she was fourteen when they met. Of course, they didn't marry until seven years had passed. He had dark brown hair and grey eyes. He and Genie live with her parents in assisted living. Their children come to see them often.

Rorie (would be 41) died of childhood polio when she was 10. Her death was a big blow to her parents and her community. Rorie was a promising young singer and her death shocked many because she was always so healthy. Rorie had blond hair and blue eyes.

Vivi (39) was adopted from France at the age of five. She was basically for Rorie's companionship, but is a kind, loving soul. She had a good childhood and was spoiled. Since going to college, Vivi has been more subdued and married a wonderful guy at the age of twenty-one.
Noah (43) married Vivi when he was twenty-five. He has always supported his wife singlehandedly and Vivi is glad she has never had to work. Noah has red hair and green eyes that betray his Irish-American heritage.
Ethan (16) is Vivi and Noah's first son. He has his father's red hair and his mother's blue eyes. He has always been a hard worker and determined to finish what he starts. He plays football for the highschool and is their star player. He isn't snooty about it though and keeps a very level head.
Wil (15) is Vivi and Noah's second son. He also has his father's red hair, but has the grey eyes of his grandfather. He is a follower and very indecisive. He plays soccer for the highschool and is a successful forward. He, like Ethan, is very level headed and wants to be a paramedic.

Owen (38) is a very active man who looks about half his age. He is very protective of his innocent daughters and everyone who knows him adores him. He is a pastor and very much idolized for his pious living and faith. He is the spitting image of his father, with brown hair and grey eyes.
Evie (37) is Owen's wife of fifteen years. She is very calm and a perfect match for him. She has dark brown hair and green eyes. She is quiet and usually in the background snapping pictures for her excellent scrapbooks.
Nikki (12) is Owen and Evie's older daughter. She has a demeanor like her mother and has the ability to dance beautifully. She has been doing ballet since the age of four and it is her passion. Nikki has dark brown (almost black) hair and grey eyes.
Nat (10) is Owen and Evie's younger daughter. She is a little wilder than her older sister, but has great control over her temper for a ten year old. She likes everything and Evie is hard pressed to keep her from spreading her talent too thin. Nat has dark brown (almost black) hair and grey eyes. She could be a twin to Nikki if she was a little taller.

Emma (31) was a total surprise to her parents. They were not expecting another child and Emma's arrival created much upheaval. She is a charming lady with wit and brains that would wow anyone. She has blond hair and blue eyes and reminds her mother very much of Rorie, her deceased daughter.
Zach (31) is a good man who loves sports. He was a professional athelete before an injury sidelined him--now he teaches high school Phys. Ed. He is an understanding man who loves his wife and toddler dearly. Zach has blond hair and blue eyes.
Liam (3) is an answer to prayer for Emma and Zach. The two have been married for ten years and Liam is their first child. Liam is bubbly and talkative and seems to be into sports like his Daddy. He has white-blond hair and blue eyes. Liam is the delight of everyone he meets and is good tempered.
