[Opinions] Middle names for Amadea?
We are still in love with the name Amadea. My favorite combination is Daphne Amadea. My husband would love for Amadea to come first, as he's afraid it'll get buried in the middle and never be heard from again. I am having a hard time figuring out what middle names for Amadea might work. Our last name is a two-syllable German last name beginning in G and ending in -wig. It is short and choppy. My favorite ideas so far:Amadea Daphne
Amadea Mariel (Marielle?)Thoughts? Ideas?

Thanks for the suggestions! I like some of the ideas on the lists you guys provided, so I'll have to see if any "stick" with me. I am not sure if I like the idea of a one-syllable mn. It probably flows the best, but one-syllable names sometimes feel fillerish or incomplete to me, so I have a heard time loving them. That said, Eve and Beth are both very nice. :)

Wow...I love Amadea. That's one I've never come across, but it is so beautiful. I think your husband is right that it belongs in the first name place. I also agree with the suggestion of a one syllable middle name that they others made. Amadea Beth perhaps?

Amadea Mariel and Amadea Marielle are really pretty, but the combos strike me as a little sing songy. It's not that big of a deal though. Since you have a 2 syllable last name, how about a 1 syllable middle name? That might end up working the best. Some ideas:
