Laila - LAY-lah
Leila - I used to always pronounce it LAY-lah, but now that I'm learning German I am transitioning to LIE-lah.

Laelia - LAY-lee-ah
I don't think it's all that popular. I don't know any with any of the spellings, nor have I heard of any via friends or anything.
