Sara and Jem had not planned on getting having another baby for a few more years, at least until Owen was in kindergarten. But one day, when she had to go in for some routine X-rays (she had had scoliosis as a child and doctors are keeping a lookout for further back problems), she complained to her doctor about a nauseous feeling. The doctor ran a pregnancy test just in case, and burst into the X-ray room as they were positioning the camera and shouted at them to stop, that Sara was pregnant! It was certainly an unusual way for Sara to find out she was expecting her third child! Little Gabe was born eight months afterward, and he is a healthy and beautiful baby boy.
