Hawk would normally get my vote, since I like Hawkeye as a middle name (geeky, geeky me). However, Wolf and Hawk is WAY too much, IMO.
Holt isn't anything but a surname to me. As a first name, it sounds ugly. I suppose of your choices, I like Holden best. It's not Scandinavian in the least, though.
Scandinavian H names I like include Henrik, Hemming, Harald, Halldor, Holger, Hjalmar, and Hans.
