Love Finn. Very naughty, in a good way. :-)Are you in the market for some mn suggestions?

I like it, but prefer it as a nickname for a longer name - Finnegan or Finlay.

I really like it, but I'm a HUGE sucker for Huckleberry Finn. ♥

i LOVE Finn!!

I really like it. I've only ever met one Finn, and he was a very cute and smart 5 or 6 year old. That sealed my opinion on this name :)

I think it's cute :) I think I prefer it as a nickname though, maybe for Finlay/Finley?

I loathe this name, boy or girl. It has an insignificance about it that I just can't get past. Finn-big whoop.Sorry, but I've got to be honest.

I thought I liked Finn until I had to hear about Meadow Soprano's boyfriend Finn for a season or two of the Sopranos. Then I found I grew tired of it very quickly - it started sounding flakey, shallow and very characterish. I like it as a short form of a longer name - like Finley, Finnegan, or even Phineas, but I find it rather chilly on its own, lacking in spirit. It's interesting though - I'd rather know a Finn than a Mike :)

I am a huge fan of Finn (and most names that begin with Fin-).
I think it works well for any age and it's classic and fun all in one.
It's a favourite for me.

Finn McCool, hero of Ireland! It's not something I'd consider using, but I quite like it. I know a Fin - he's short for Finbarr. Which as a name has been forever ruined for me by a comic strip character called Finbarr Saunders (and his Double Entendres).

Yay! Someone else thinks of Finn McCool. How fun would it be to read a little Finn to sleep with tales of Finn McCool? And I won't have my beloved Finbarr ruined by any old comic strip character. I won't, I won't. Finbarr is too precious and rare.

I think of fish fin. Sorry

It's not a name I would choose, as I always think of fins, like on fish and other sea animals. I do know a very cute little boy with this name though, so that's helped me to like it a bit more than I used to.

It's my favourite ♥Absolute number one boy's name.A huge amount of the appeal for me comes from Finn MacCool. My grandfather used to read the stories to me as a kid and I hope to read them to my hypothetical Finn one day. It is such a handsome and strong name and it devastates me that it is getting more attention lately. I still love it though.

I like Finn on a boy but to me it sounds incomplete as a fn, I prefer it as a nn for Finley or the like.

This is my little cousin's name. He's two. His full name is Finnegan and I like it better (Finn) as an nickname for something longer. That said, I detest the name Finley on a boy or a girl. Finn is okay, I do think of fish fins.

I really like Finn, but only as a nickname for Phineas, Finian, or Finnegan. I feel like it needs something more substantial to back it up.

It's a fantastic name. I once saw a thread on a different board asking men what they would like to be named. A very high percentage said Finn. It's strong, full of character and suits all ages.
