Ok, here's what I think.
I like Milena Suzette a lot. It's sweet and cute and real. Milena Susanna sounds overly precious and spoiled.
I like Milena more than Milana. I like the idea of Millie or Lena for a nickname. I say Milena "mee-LAY-na" - no idea if that is right.
If you have a Milena, Lorena is out for sure - too similar. If I had to choose I'd got with Milena. It's more interesting and exotic than the slightly country-twang Lorena. Milena and Theodore or Teodor would be my pick for a brother-sister set.
As for middle names, was there any potential honouring you would want to include? Did you want a Czech name, or can we suggest anything we like?
