Rebecca.It's classy, timeless and beautiful. Norah is whiney. I hate that gnawing sound, yuck.I knew a Rebecca who was *never* Becky, and it didn't come off as snobby at all, I don't think.

Both are lovely names, but I prefer Norah. I prefer Nora though.

Norah. I have never met a Rebecca who wasn't Beck, Becks, Becky or some other nn. I really like Nora(h) anyway.

NorahI don't think you could escape Becky or Becca. someone, somewhere, would call that kid Becky.Also I hate the name Rebecca and love Norah, so that was easy.
