Zabel Lucine is a healthy newborn from Armenia. Her mother died in childbirth and she has no known living relatives so family medical history is incomplete and unknown. Please keep the agency updated on Zabel!

It's so hard to believe two years have passed! Zabel is our joy. She is now two years old and a complete motormouth and tomboy! So far she is completely healthy and very intelligent. She always makes her opinion known (both in English and French), and loves to play soccer with her brothers, who adore her. There is a vocal minority of Armenians in Paris, and even though ethnic minorities aren't as well-tolerated in France as they are in other areas of the world, we are dedicated to raising our children to be tolerant of all cultures. We have taken Zabel to some Armenian festivals and have read her many books about adoption and her culture. We are also trying to find a place where she can learn the Armenian language. We know she doesn't fully understand yet, but we hope that she grows up happy, healthy, secure in our love for her, and integrated into her Armenian heritage as much as possible.
