Does anyone know the meaning of Lancelyn? I believe it is English. Is there a relation to Lancelot?

The English name Lancelyn is from French L'Ancelin which is derived from Ancel, a variant of Anselme from Germanic Ans, the name of a god, and helm 'helmet'. Lancelot has the same origin albeit with a different suffix.
