[Games] Re: 15 year game, recycled version
You have been married 1 year.
Your name: Catalina Marisol
Hair: Dark brown
Eyes: Hazel
Job: Athlete - ice dancerSO's Name: Felix Guillaume
Hair: Dark brown
Eyes: Brown
Job: International bankerYou live in a house in Porto, Portugal
You drive a green BMW.Year One
A few months after our wedding, I became pregnant. Alessandra Maria was born nearly three weeks prematurely, but a terrifying month (for my Felix and I) in the NICU let us bring her home. She has wavy black hair and emerald green eyes.Year Two
Only a year after Alessandra was born, another baby came along. She was born in Egypt, where we were visiting a close friend. We honored her in the baby's first name: Rania Adelina.
Alessandra was a little cautious at first about the new addition, but soon got used to her presence, and loves her. They look alike, though Rania's hair is dark brown instead of black and straighter. They both have green eyes.Year Three
Despite taking two years of maternity leave from my career as an ice dancer, I decided to return to the ice with my partner, Roman, for the figure skating season. I had kept training during my absence, and it appeared to pay off. We placed in the top five for both the European Figure Skating Championships and the Grand Prix.Year Four
Alessandra is three and Rania two when we decide to get a pet, a dog for the two of them. Alessandra decided to name the Australian shepherd Genevieve, after the dog in Madeline. Year Five
A sort of business trip is in order when Roman and I qualify for the Winter Olympics. For the four or so weeks it takes place, we leave for Sochi, Russia. Not expecting to medal at all, we gave one of our best performances, and knew as we finished that we had done something special. The silver medal felt incredible as they hung it around our neck.Year Six
Only a few months before Christmas, Felix's sister Alexandra and her husband were killed tragically when their car was run off a bridge by a drunk driver. Their two children, Elisabeth Gisela and Enrique Raphael, were left in our care. Elisabeth is four, right between Rania and Alessandra, while Enrique is six and a half. Year Seven
A huge shock came when I found I was pregnant once more, this time with triplets, two girls and a boy. Felix and I made a decision; I would retire from ice dancing, and work as a translator for the government and the UN. Daniel Leander, Zahra Vittoria, and Nadia Aurelia, came at a normal time for multiples, and all have dark brown hair and hazel eyes, though Zahra's hair is curlier than her sisters' and brothers'. The rest of the children are adjusting well to the new additions. Enrique is seven, Alessandra six, Elisabeth five, and Rania almost four. Year Eight
Traveling with the UN and his career in international banking, Felix and I decided that we wanted to adopt a child from an struggling place in the world. Seven year old Sergio Emilio came into our family from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (we figured it would be easier, as he spoke the same language). Year Nine
Our family started growing fast, and another little girl was born, Valentina Ana. She resembles Alessandra the most, with the same black hair and green eyes, with similar features. We also started the children in sports. We had always played around with the basics in the backyard or public skating, but we officially enrolled the oldest children in figure skating and dance lessons (Enrique, Alessandra, Sergio, Elisabeth, Rania), as well as football. They all have so much energy, it's exhausting to keep up with nine children, ages nine, two eight year olds, seven, almost six, three two year olds, and a newborn. We love them all, though, and wouldn't trade them for anything.Year Ten
Another child came into our house, this time from a Romanian orphanage. Magdalena Mariana is seven months old. When we went to the orphanage to make the arrangements, we left Elisabeth, Rania, Zahra, Nadia, and Daniel with Felix's brother Sebastian and his fiancée. Sergio, Enrique, and Alessandra came with us, as did Valentina, who was too little to stay alone for a length of time. She is very sweet, calm but still lively. Our children so far:
Enrique - eleven
Alessandra - ten
Sergio - ten
Elisabeth - nine
Rania - seven
Zahra - four
Daniel - four
Nadia - four
Valentina - one
Magdalena - seven monthsYear Eleven
Somehow, the children convince us to buy a puppy, so we did, a little black Labrador mix whom Enrique decided to name Mossad (he was very into James Bond and spies). Year Twelve
A girl who spent large portions of her childhood in America, Felix and I decided to take our children for a trip there, going to visit close friends or relatives in New York City and Washington D.C. before heading west. The children loved California, especially the San Diego Zoo and Monterey Bay Aquarium and, of course, Disneyland. Magdalena and Valentina were a little too young to appreciate it, but they still loved the colors and the fun of it. Year Thirteen
Our family expanded even more when I found I was pregnant with another little girl. She came on Christmas Day, and so we named her Natalia Carolina. She has brown hair that is a mixture of wavy and curly, and green eyes. Year Fourteen
Our career paths made us move from Porto to Geneva, Switzerland, though we kept the house in Portugal, and spend amounts of time there. Year Fifteen
Our children:
Enrique - sixteen
Alessandra - fifteen
Sergio - fifteen
Elisabeth - fourteen
Rania - twelve
Zahra - nine
Daniel - nine
Nadia - nine
Valentina - six
Magdalena - five
Natalia - threeWe decide that the children were old enough so we could take a long trip around the world, including a stop to Disneyland which they loved the last time, and around historical and cultural locations. We wanted to go to Brazil and Romania to show the adopted children their homeland. Some of the other countries we visited/passed through: UK, France, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Italy, Morocco, Egypt (where Rania holds citizenship), Israel, Jordan, Argentina, and the US.
