I know a 19-year-old named Mileigh, so, yeah.
Anyway, I think it sounds...babyish and weird.
If I DID have a child named Miley...well, that would NEVER happen, so if I adopted a child named Miley, or one happened to be living with me (like a niece), I'd just respond, "Yes, Miley Cyrus" and leave it at that.
