Um... yes, this is tonight's question: how do you pronounce Isra? ;-)
I really like the look and the meaning of this name, but I'm not too sure I'm saying it right :/

if its anything like Isla, then I'd say 'eye-ruh'

The Romany people pronounce it almost as if they are saying the first two letters.
EYE-ESS-rah (or possible more EH-ESS-rah, but you get the point).
I don't know about the rest of the world.
I was introduced to it via the Romany people.

I say IS-ra, but it's probably more like EES-ra.

I have never heard it or even seen it before. So this is a complete guess, "EES-ruh."
