The people of Wycliffe are in a mixed state as King Frederick & his new wife Queen Ella welcome healthy twins, Prince William & Princess Helena, a full month early.

Princess Helena was named after the late Queen. Her middle name Delores is a reminder of the sorrows of the her namesake's passing and Tatiana after her godmother, Grand Princess Tatiana, Vladimir's wife.
