[Opinions] Tudor
I was looking through my elementary year book and I found one of my classmates named Tudor. He was from Romania. WDYT?

I don't like it. It sounds too much like "tooter" to me.
NMS but culturally awesome. I would've chosen Teodor but then again I'm not Romanian ;o)
Tudor houses. A two door car. I think that Tudor could work with the right last name, on someone in a non-English speaking country, or on a character in a story. It's not exactly my style but I could see myself using it in a story. It's an OK name.
Does anyone know if it is pronounced differently in Romanian? That would change things, too.

Yes, the Romanian the pronunciation is very different. You can listen to it here.

As in the royal family? I don't care for it. Reminds me of Henry VIII.
Love it!
I like the name. Not to the point I'd ever use it, but I think there are worse names out there. And I like the Romanian pronunciation better.
All I can think of are the Tudors of history, but I think it's an interesting member of the Theodore family.
I know someone named Tudor! He's in his late 20s. And I like the name. :)
It just makes me think of the Tudor dynasty. I don't like it as a name.
