Keyla - Right off the bat I read it as Kayla, but then after I looked at it a second I pronounced it Keela. I would probably assume that the parent meant it to be a creative spelling of Kayla, though, and pronounce it as such.

Melanni, Melonni, Melanny - Again, I would assume all of them to be spellings of Melanie. I would want to pronounce Melonni "meh-LAW-nee" or "meh-LOW-nee" though.
