I find Jessamyn very prettyI would pronounce Jessamyn and Jessamine the same. But with Jessamyn there will be no doubt how it is pronounced.I think a short mn sounds best, just as long as you avoid Rose. Jessamyn means "jasmine" and one flower is enough in a name.Jessamyn Brooke, Jessamyn Claire, Jessamyn Kate, Jessamyn Ruth etc."You sought a flower and found a fruit. You sought a spring and found a sea. You sought a woman and found a soul. You are disappointed."

Jessamyn is one of my all-time favorites. :o) And I prefer that spelling, although Jessamine is nice, too. I prn them exactly the same: Jess-uh-minn. Jessamyn / Jessamine Iris has been a favorite combo of mine for a while, too, but a lot of people think it's too "flowery." Other combos I like:Jessamyn Elisabeth
Jessamyn Valerie
Jessamyn Coralie
Jessamyn Ada
Jessamyn Rachelle
Jessamyn Abigayle
Jessamine Oriana
Jessamyn Lenore
Jessamine Brigit
Jessamine Aglaia

I pronounce them both the same, but I have a "y" phobia (in the middle of names, at least...lol) so I prefer Jessamine. But I'd be afraid people would assume it was Jessa-mine. Not horrible, but I just prefer Jessa-min.

I say them both as Jess-a-min. Jessamine looks better to me, but Jessamyn seem less likely to be mispronounced.
