[Opinions] Larkin?
I met an old school friend the other day to catch up, and ended up meeting her family briefly. She has two daughters and another kid on the way. Her first daughter is named Larkin, her second Elodie. Interesting sibset, eh? They don't know what the bump is yet, but if it's a boy, she wants to name it Charles (with the inevitable nickname of Charlie) or Isaac. Her husband wants to name it Isidore, after some relative of his, I'm given to understand. If it's a girl, they're considering Iris or Rosemary, flower names. I'm not particularly sold on any of those combos, but I'm a nosy fart, and wondered what you guys thought? How would you choose to name the third child, boy or girl? I also thought Larkin was a very unusual choice. I've always thought it a more masculine name, but I guess they found the 'Lark' bit more feminine. Hmmm. It is a pretty unusual name, even moreso, in my eyes, on a girl. What do you think?Sorry for any faux pas or mistakes. It's my first time posting here! :)- Celadon
