Help[Games] Britt's Royal Congrats Round 5
Round 5 is finally up! Sorry for the long delay again but there has been an epidemic of stomach flu going around my job and I've had to cover for a few coworkers. I plan on getting to a once-a-day schedule for updating this, so it's going to move fairly quickly. There will be at least one more child round after this before we move on to the second generation. But enough babble.
The Prompt
Three years have gone by, and there has been some tension with another kingdom. Nothing serious has happened yet, and your ruler is working tirelessly to ensure that nothing does. S/he even took the entire family on a diplomatic mission with them, leaving his/her most trusted advisors to look over the everyday matters for a few weeks. The mission went very well and peace was kept. It was upon this trip that the queen became pregnant once again. This fact, and the wish to keep peace, that led to the newest royal child--a prince--to be given a name related to the kingdom where they were conceived.
The prince's FN is up to you and he must have at least two MNs. One MN is somehow related to the rival kingdom: after the ruler or one of the royal family, a name popular in that kingdom, or the name of a famous place or person from that kingdom.

Thank the gods – war has been averted! The entire court of Cascadrian is breathing a sigh of relief that King James’ diplomatic peace mission to the country of Lirana has ended well; the peasants are too busy trying to keep out of debtors’ prison, as Lord Haberry raised the taxes even higher in the King’s absence.
Apparently, King Giuseppe of Lirana (a proud, easily offended man) was aghast that the Cascadrian Royals did not attend his daughter’s (Queen Agnessa of Maresh – Queen Agatha’s sister-in-law) birthday party! The elderly king refused to see that neither his daughter nor his son-in-law were offended by this “grievous insult.” In fact, the Tsar and Tsarina of Maresh understood completely why the Cascadrian Royal Family had been unable to attend (the Princess Victoria’s arm had been paining her for several weeks, causing her to bawl loudly and long and the Crown Prince and Princess Alice had both had severe fevers).
These “pitiful excuses” were not good enough for King Giuseppe, however, and he demanded an apology or else there would be war! Recognizing that his country could not fight any kind of war, King James wrote a letter to his Liranian counterpart, who would only accept his apology if a marital alliance could be formed between one of King James’ children and one of King Giuseppe’s grandchildren (of which he had several).

As the years go on, tensions are rising with the neighboring empire of Suvorov. Their new tsar Constantine III (Eleanora's late's sister's erstwhile fiance) is cruel, bloodthirsty, and land-hungry. Louis shrewdly decides to form an alliance with Suvorov, and negotiates a peace treaty and many arbitrations; he even takes his whole family on an extended stay in Tsar Constantine's palace--who, oddly, is very fond of children, and endears himself to all four of the little ones (unfortunately, Eléa must stay behind).

The people grew more and more unhappy with the adopted prince, Jerónimo, and to please the people, Lav took a mistress. Just a couple of weeks after that, Demetria, the mistress, announced that she was pregnant. The people were satisfied again, but the joy didn't last long. Altercations with the nearby kingdom of Auca had broken out. The king of Auca, Nahuel, blamed Lav for not punishing Ontolakian thieves who stole crops in the border counties of Auca. Between Ontolakis and Auca there were great mountains, and Lav realised that Nahuel might be right. But Lav didn't know what to do about it - if the thieves were hiding in the mountains, it would be almost impossible for Lav to find them. The mountain people of Ontolakis weren't like the rest of the Ontolakians, they were known for being unfriendly and only speak their own, very guttural, dialect, that no one else really understood. After long discussions with Emmanouil, Lav decided to sell the mountain parts of Ontolakis to Nahuel, and give him free hands to punish the thieves.
