I think Evanna sounds generic (partly due to the popularity of Evan and other feminine -anna names) and would probably say it like Evan with an a unless told otherwise, and then I'd adapt.

I do not think it is tied too closely with Evanna Lynch. Her name isn't 'too out there' or unrecognisable to be tied to anyone else.
