Okay round 1! :)
Here are your options: (fyi: I've changed the naming rules around a bit!)
1. It has been 2 years since your couple got married. They wanted to have children right away, but had fertility problems and it took 2 years to conceive. They were so happy when they found out that they were having triplets! All three babies (two boys and a girl) were born healthy and after a short stay in the hospital are home with their overjoyed parents! Naming Rules: Their fn's must mean happy, cheerful, joy, or something similar and their mn's should honor the parents.
2. Your couple did not plan on it, but they got pregnant during their honeymoon! They were a little unprepared, but still happy! The pregnancy went very well and their new baby girl was born exactly on her due date. Naming Rules: Her fn should be the name of the couple's honeymoon destination and her mn should be a popular name from your couple's country.
3. The opportunity was presented to your couple to adopt a little boy from the city you live in. He is 5 years old and very shy. Because there is no language barrier and he still lives in the city he has grown up in, he bonds very quickly to his new parents! Your couple loves their new son very much and was very happy when they found out they would be giving him a little brother! After a very healthy 9 months your second son is born! Your adopted child loves his baby brother and your couple couldn't be happier! Naming Rules: Your AS's fn and mn should be a popular name in the country your couple is from. Your DS's fn should start with the same letter as your AS and his mn is your choice.

Zan and Eleanor spent a wonderful two weeks in Fiji for their honeymoon! It was very romantic and everything they dreamed it would be. However, about a month later Eleanor was not feeling right, so she went to the doctor and sure enough she found out she was pregnant! She and Zan were not expecting to have a baby so soon, but they were very excited! The pregnancy went very well and their tiny baby girl was born exactly on her due date! They named her Fiji Yi Jiang. Fiji after their honeymoon and Yi because it means "cheerful" which their little daughter is all the time!

That's okay! You can edit the story lines however you need to! The options are more to help with a general outline, they don't have to be the whole story! For example, for option 1 your couple could decide to use a surrogate (a sister, friend, stranger, or whatever!) but there were some fertility problems and it took longer than expected, or you could just say they did it and ended up with triplets! Option 2 would be the only one that wouldn't quite work, but you can change it around any way you want to make it work! :)

So I went back though the Welsh birth announcements that Pie posts on the Opinion Boards every so often and have a list of them to use for the game. The names will mostly come from those.
“I can’t believe we did that,” Siôr breathes as he lies in bed staring at the ceiling. It’s too dark for him to see it.
“Having second thoughts?” Llywelyn asked. Siôr shook his head as if Llywelyn could see it. (He heard it more than anything.)
“No, just shocked that we went through with it.” Siôr replied. “Parenthood seems to foreign. And it‘s scary to think that they‘ll be watching us and checking our backgrounds and everything. I mean, shouldn‘t they do that with biological children too? See if the parents are fit to be parents. I think it would be good.”
Llywelyn laughed lightly. “It would be. I know some people who deserved better homes growing up.”
“Exactly.” Siôr nodded. He curled on his side and faced Llywelyn in the darkness. It was becoming easier to see now. He just watched Llywelyn for a moment in the darkness. “What if the agency doesn’t find us fit for it? What if it‘s too odd of a situation we‘re already in?”
Llywelyn reached and took Siôr’s hand. “Placing anybody in a situation and expecting them to immediately belong is crazy, but you have to give everyone a chance. I‘m sure the agency knows that.”
Siôr gets the feeling they’re talking about more than adoption now, but doesn‘t say anything.

Last year the Office of National Statistics produced a separate 'top 100' for England, one for Wales and combined England & Wales one, this was the first time they'd done this (usually they only produced the combined one).

They weren't expecting to get pregnant so soon after the adoption, but it turned out that the new baby was perfect at drawing Caetano into the family and making him feel important and belonging. Carson (a carefully chosen name that is not Portuguese/Brazilian but is easily pronounceable in Portuguese) adores his big brother, and Caetano is very attentive to him.

Thinking she had caught a bug or eaten some bad food, she went to the doctor, who confirmed that she was pregnant!
