NOTE: David and Esther couldn't help but decide to name their newest addition David Luke, even though their last son's middle name is David and, of course, David is named David. They just love the name! Well... it's really more on Esther's part. David thought giving their son Isaac the middle name David was enough of an honoring, but Esther decided that she really wanted to name their next son David. Reluctantly, David agreed.
