It is an interesting name, just not my cup of tea. If you wanted to use it, there's nothing to say you shouldn't, but I'd use it as a middle name. Calling someone 'Snowfall' just feels a little odd. In addition, what would happen if by some misfortune your kid had really bad dandruff? That's just baiting the bullies.
