Help[Games] Nyx' Choose-Your-Own-Adventure KUY CAF - Round 6 (grandchildren)
Ok, the rules are pretty simple, I'll be providing two or more options, and you follow the "adventure" that suits you best. Each "adventure" will have it's own set of naming rules for that round. Stories are optional, but always enjoyed and encouraged :) Ages are optional, and you keep track of them yourself. I will not be killing off any family members in this game, but you may chose to do so yourself. I'll provide links to each previous round, so you can quickly find your family. You can chose to sign up and join at any time, just work your way to the current round.
Note: Just because your chose Adventure # in one round doesn't mean that you are stuck with that # for every other round. Each round you can chose your own adventure (hence, the name).

DC = Darling Child, or a first generation child. All other children are second generation.
If you wish, you may have a couple split/divorce in any round. If they divorce in round 6, they can remarry in the next spouse round.
Any DC may have children this round. Each DC may only use an adventure once. However, if DC#1 uses Adventure 1, DC#2 can also use that same adventure to have their own children. Each DC may use any, all, or none of the adventures in this round to have children. If your DC uses this round to have a child, and is not in a stated relationship, the child will NOT be related to whomever they marry (if they ever do) in the future. If you want to, you may chose to change any DS/DD to an AS/AD. The naming rules still apply, and as much of the story as you can make work.
Please add 2 years to the ages of your current family
Adventure 1:
OK, you can now see why your DC was so desperate to make this relationship work. Just weeks after the marriage, they announce that they are 6 months pregnant! Unfortunately, this sets you off on a rampage that last until the birth of the baby. However, once you see your grandchild's little face, everything is put in perspective. You see the pain that your DC/spouse had to go through just to bring this little soul into the world. You set about making amends. You've learned a valuable lesson - it's their life, their decisions, and they need to be allowed to live and make their own mistakes. As their parent, you just need to offer good advice and a lot of love and support.

You can chose the gender. His/her FN/MN1 comes from the character's names or actor's names of their two favorite TV shows. Each show may only be used once (so if you use Glee for a FN, then you can not use it for a MN1/MN2). His/her MN2 comes from a surname of a character on their third favorite TV show. (Ex. You can chose "Abrams" if you didn't use Glee as a FN/MN1, because the character's full name is Arthur "Artie" Abrams - Abrams is the surname). Finally, if a character has a FN/nickname, you can chose to use either the FN, the nickname as a FN, or use both the FN and the nickname.

Adventure 2:
You are so thrilled to have a grandson! What's even better, your DC/spouse have decided to use a timeless classic name that honors his/her grandparents! It wasn't until you saw the birth announcement that you realized that they weren't using the classic spelling of the name. When you asked why, they said that they didn't want their son to have the same boring name as everybody else, but wanted it to be unique. You wonder how unique it is going to feel when everybody constantly misspells it, besides the fact that it is pronounced the same as the classic spelling - oh well!

Adventure 3:
Your DC/spouse have just welcomed a brand new daughter into the family. They have the nursery decked out in pinks and lace and tons of dresses standing by for their little princess. You are thrilled to see how excited they are over their little girl, but silently wonder what will happen if she turns out to be more tomboy then princess...

Rex and Daphne Rollins met at a political speech – Rex was there to support the candidate speaking; Daphne was there to protest every stance the candidate took. They got to talking (well, debating, really) after the speech and realized that, aside from their political differences, they actually had a lot in common. And, while they might not agree with each other on political issues, they could respect each other’s views and passion.
Round One:
When Daphne began getting sick in the mornings only a few months into their marriage, Rex and Daphne were sure that she just had the flu! When it persisted, they finally decided to get Daphne to a doctor. Both were shocked that she was already pregnant, but they were also overjoyed! Of course, naming their daughter was a challenge. Rex wanted something classy, like Vivian; Daphne wanted something a little more creative, like Amethyst. Finally, they were able to agree.
Round Two:
Daphne and Rex felt a little overwhelmed when they discovered that Daphne was pregnant again shortly after Vi turned one-year-old! And they were even more overwhelmed when they found out that they were expecting twins! Luckily, at least Albert seemed to be quiet; unluckily, Flora has very powerful lungs. These personalities have carried through their lives, so far. Albert prefers to be observant and, when forced to speak, barely whispers. Flora prefers to jabber and has no problem striking up conversations with random strangers.

Landon MacDougal & Vienna York were the high school quarterback and the captain of the cheerleading squad, they were highschool royalty, but they both had very humble ambitions. Growing up in a small town they loved, they knew that they didn't want to head off to college or anything like that, it just wasn't for them. Straight out of high school they got married and Landon opened his own garage while Vienna is more than happy being a Wife and eventually a Mom.
Round 1:
Vienna had always wanted to be a Mom so she and Landon started trying for children not long after their wedding. They were thrilled to discover they were expecting and set about to prepare for their child. It was at their 20 week scan however that they discovered that they were in fact expecting TWINS! They were understandably terrified but now that Noah & Josh are here they're so thrilled to have such handsome identical twin boys.
Round 2:
Wow time goes fast! Landon's garage is thriving, and Vienna loves nothing more than being able to just stay at home with her babies. Noah & Landon are off at school now, the next generation of MacDougal's terrorising the school systems as the teachers like to jest as they fondly remember what a little hell-raiser Landon himself once was. That leaves little Paige, or Sunny as most call her because of her perpetually sunny disposition. Paige is a bright, smiling, joyful little girl whom everyone adores.
Round 3:
Landon & Vienna celebrated their 10th wedding anniversary last year and they're so happy with the lives they've created for themselves and their children. Noah & Josh are typical little boys who love sports, and Vienna often has to step in when their 'play fights' get a little too full on. Sunny is just as adorable as ever and has pretty much every male she mets completely entranced, and the baby of the family Chloe seems to have that same power over the little boy next door, Tommy. Other than that however, the sisters are very different. Sunny is very much a little girl, whereas Chloe is happier playing rough and tumble with Noah & Josh than playing dress up with Sunny.

Two years ago (a little after the last round) Caleb and Ruby abandoned their resolve to wait until Ruby was twenty-one. It wasn't until three months after their marriage that Caleb's parents found out why. Ruby had been six months into her first pregnancy at the time of the marriage. This pregnancy brought about little Juliette Adele Celia. A year after Julie's birth, a brother came into the world. When Ruby and Caleb, not having moved to France as was their plan, announced that their little son would be named Peter, Caleb's parents were overjoyed. Though, when little Peatyr came into the world and Nikki saw the spelling of his name, she was horrified. Caleb and Ruby simply didn't find it fit that their son be named something that EVERYONE names their children, so they came up with a "kre8tyv" spelling for the classic name Peter. Now, Peatyr and Julie have a little sister: Rebecca-Anne. These three children are adorable.

Two years ago (a little after the last round) Caleb and Ruby abandoned their resolve to wait until Ruby was twenty-one. It wasn't until three months after their marriage that Caleb's parents found out why. Ruby had been six months into her first pregnancy at the time of the marriage. This pregnancy brought about little Juliette Adele Celia. A year after Julie's birth, a brother came into the world. When Ruby and Caleb, not having moved to France as was their plan, announced that their little son would be named Peter, Caleb's parents were overjoyed. Though, when little Peatyr came into the world and Nikki saw the spelling of his name, she was horrified. Caleb and Ruby simply didn't find it fit that their son be named something that EVERYONE names their children, so they came up with a "kre8tyv" spelling for the classic name Peter. Now, Peatyr and Julie have a little sister: Rebecca-Anne. These three children are adorable.

Three new babies for the St. Johns!
TC and Dia have adopted their first child, a little girl from Bulgaria. They have given her a super frilly FN and moved her original FN to the MN spot. They are really hoping that she grows up to be a girly-girl. They have already decorated her room so it is fit for a princess.
Scout and Jade's plans went smoothly and they are thriving in France. Only a year into their marriage Jade found out she was pregnant with their first child, a boy. In an attempt to honor one of Scout's grandfathers (Burton) and one of Jade' (Robert) they named their son Robburt, and call him Burt. Vera and Levon are fond of the spelling, but at least he has Burt to fall back on...
Ralf and Maybelle have had a shotgun wedding, and a baby. The relationship is still not running smoothly, but Celia is an adorable little girl. Dispite their differences she brings both of her parent's a lot of joy.

The first grandchild has arrived! Rowan and Delia were feeling wary when Ambrose and Winter got married the summer before their senior year of college but it was clear nothing could deter the young couple. They announced that they were expecting their first child just four months after the wedding. So it was that little Harriet Elena arrived two months after their graduation. Fortunately the pregnancy went pretty smoothly so that Winter could finish her undergraduate degree on time despite being pregnant. Ambrose and Winter found a quaint little two-bedroom apartment to rent and promptly decorated the smaller bedroom in pink and lace, princesses and ponies. Ambrose fortunately had an internship the summer after his junior year that turned into a full time job upon graduation. His degree in chemical engineering is working wonders to support his family.
Sullivan was fortunate enough to be granted a full ride football scholarship to attend Auburn. He is adoring the college lifestyle and has become a starter in his second year after being redshirted his freshman year. He is still enjoying his status as a womanizer but now his family hears about it much less.
Ranger has become a solid soccer player and has moved past his awkwardness with girls. Though he was recently dumped by his girlfriend of 6 months, he is throwing himself into soccer to deal with the hurt and still has hope that his crush of freshman year will turn into a relationship someday.
Donovan and Juno have both started high school. Donovan remains something of a social outcast though he has a tight group of friends. Juno has fallen into the drama crowd and is looking forward to appearing in her first play: A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

Adventure 1 & 3: After a lot of stormy fights and desperate compromises to make their relationship work, Callie gave birth to Eric. Suddenly everything changed! Callie and Rafaël are now almost harmonic and their home as quiet and peaceful. Whenever an argument comes up, they just look at their son and it's like the problem solves itself. FN is after Eric Northman in True Blood, Alexander is after Alexander Gould (who plays Shane Botwin in Weeds) and Hudson is after Finns Hudson in Glee.
Jav and Garnet also found themself parents when they adopted a girl, Jeanna. They are afraid of what people will think of two gay men parents to a baby girl, but have promised eachother that they will be the best possible parents to their daughter so no one will have anything to complain about! They both hope she'll grow up to be a sweet little princess.
