I pronounce it the first way you have listed. BTW, I knew girl named Angelia once. She used to get mad because people didn't pronounce her name the same as Angela! Duh, her parents didn't name her Angela. It was only natural to assume her name was pronounced differently. I remember shaking my head. ;-)
