Conner/Connor never grew on me. I kind of like surnames as first names, but this one feels...flat. That's the best word I can use to describe it.Since I dislike the name, I don't prefer either spelling.

I like it and I would spell it Connor.

ConnorI really like it. I think it feels youthful, but it's also strong and handsome enough to fit on an adult. It's not so trendy anymore, either, which helps.

I don't know...it just sounds whiny and bratty to me. I prefer the spelling Connor.

I don't have much opinion on it... don't love it, but don't hate it either. IMO it should NOT be spelled Conner though. It looks like a trade name for a person who cons and whose parents didn't know how to spell their child's name properly. Connor or Conor.

I strongly dislike it. Even though it has a completely dif. meaning it makes me think of someone who cons people (though wolves are sometimes used symbolically in reference to such things, so it would be interesting to do an etymological check to see if there's any relation... like in the wolves in sheep's clothing image). Has kind of a hyper-active feel to me too. Extremely trendy preppy name these days. Maybe 'cause despite being a fn, it has a very surnamey feel... and I'm not a fan of surnames as fn.s in most cases. Needless to say, I like neither spelling, but the e is worse because that really makes it look more like someone trying to con someone.

I personally prefer the spelling Connor, but that is probably because I have a five-year old cousin named Connor Aiden, so...

I love this name and prefer the spelling Connor, then Conor, then Conner last.

I'm not a huge fan of it, but it's alright. It's quite popular amongsts kids around 12-18 where I live...I almost feel that it's a bit dated now. I think I prefer the spelling Connor but that could just be because I've only ever seen it spelled this way. Conner doesn't look right to me.

It's my little brother's name so I'm sort of biased. I really like the name Connor. I think it's strong and handsome. I definitely prefer the spelling Connor.

I love/would use Conor. I don't like Connor because it's a little too popular IMO, and that spelling was originally a surname anyway. I know a few Conners, but I don't like Conner enough to use it. It looks like "one who cons" or something.

It's an nice enough name but over used. The only spelling I'd use is Conor, then if I had to chose between Connor and Conner - Connor.

I prefer Connor, but tbh I really hate the name. It's a bit *ahem* chavvy, imo.

I prefer Conor or out of the two spellings you have given, Connor - Conner looks like a description of someone who cons people. However, I am a teacher and I know a lot of boys with this name, and they have often been trouble! So they have put me off the name rather.S xx

Conner looks like a con-man. Connor is okay. Conor looks better, to me.

I love it and prefer Connor (Conner is too much like a person who cons).
