They're both excellent! I love how whimsical and unexpected Temperance is, but if we're talking about actual usage I think I'd have to pick Constance because Connie is a cute nn. :)
My combos with those are:

Clara Constance
Sarah Constance - and this
And I'd like to think of more, but I'm starving and it's lunch time! Maybe later today I'll edit with some new ideas.

Oh, I quite like Ada Temperance and Clara Constance. I'm not sold on Connie as a nickname yet, but I'm coming round.

I had a friend in college named Constance who went by Connie. It changed my opinion of Connie. Otherwise I thought it seemed dated.
