I prefer Constance by a mile. I adore the nickname Connie and hate any nicknames for Temperance. And I relate Constance to consistancy and constant love, and temperance with alcohol.
I like it as the first or middle. I personally would do Mary Constance or Azura Constance or Constance Emily, Constance Ava, Constance Mary, Constance Lilac, Constance Azure...

Tmeperance's lack of nicknames is troubling! I don't like Tempe, I think it seems contrived and too aware of itself. I don't mind Tem, though....
