Arabella is my favorite of the -bella names, which for the most part I don't like. Something about Arabella appeals to me though. I think the Ara- part lends it a dark quality that brings the -bella back down to earth. Arabella could just as easily be flighty as sinister, and I like that. Some combos I like:
Arabella Celestine
Arabella Jane
Arabella August (I am liking August as unisex as a GP these days)
Arabella Juniper
Arabella Marguerite
Arabella Zoe
Arabella Willow
Arabella Calliope

I ♥ the name Arabella.I would pair it with a simple middle name, as Arabella is quite a 'frilly' name, something like Arabella May.

It sounds quite mysterious and alluring. However i used to know someone with this name, and she was kind of...twisted...Not my style, but i can see this being used more often. What about...
Arabella Fleur
Arabella Maeve
Arabella Ruth
Arabella FernThat's all i can think of now!

While it's not my style to go that frilly, it's much better than Isabella. I agree with the others, simple middle name is the way to go. Some they haven'y mentioned:
Arabella Mae
Arabella Rose
Arabella Dawn
I'm really liking Arabella June.

I've said this a few times - I used to babysit an adorable Arabella Jane and love that combo as a result.

I like it too, though most people I know wrinkle their noses at it as "too fancy". I'd pair it with something short and sensible:Arabella Jane
Arabella Ruth
Arabella Mary
Arabella June

I love Arabella. She's a little frilly, but still manages to be dignified.
The first combo that came to mind was Arabella Plum, but I think it's a little OTT. I'd pair Arabella with a simple, short, even plain mn. Arabella Jane
Arabella Ivy
Arabella Elise
Arabella Claire
Arabella Eve
