I think it's neat. Most people I know rolled their eyes when Nicole Kidman named her daughter Sunday Rose, but I thought it was pretty. I really like the combo Sunday Eleanor from your list - Eleanor balances Sunday's propensity towards fluffiness. I also very much enjoy Sunday Rowena for that reason.
