I really don't like the "Corn" part of it. Cordelia is nice, but it's very similar to my surname. I would, however, be pleased to see either on a little girl.
In one of my favorite RPGs, there is a character named Corselia, which is pronounced the same as Cornelia and Cordelia, but obviously with an S instead of the N or D. I know made-up names are bad, especially when they come from video games, but I really, really love Corselia. :)
