[Opinions] Ainoa?
I'm just looking at the list of popular names in Catalonia, and I noticed Ainoa, along with several other Ai- names I thought were quite pretty. Does anyone have any idea how they're pronounced in Spanish? And what do you think of Ainoa?

Well, I'd immediately want to pronounce it ay-no-uh but I don't know how it would be pronounced. Did you post this question on the Facts Board as well? They may know more. It's rather a pretty name! :)Image hosted by Photobucket.com

I would guess that it's pronounced eye-NO-a. I think it's pretty. It reminds of Iona, which I also like. If Ainoa is pronounced eye-NO-a, it sounds like, "I know a..." but I didn't make that connection right away. It would be a nice name to use if you lived in a country such as Spain though.
