[Facts] Re: the meaning of Adelina???
The site says it's a diminutive of Adela, which comes from a Germanic word meaning "noble". ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Adelina is the diminutive of Adele, a popular short form of Adelaide. Adela is more of a Spanish name (but is also a quite rare Italian variant).
