What exactly are you asking? Do you want to know how Kéllè would be pronounced if it were, say, French, even though it isn't?

something like that; it's not really a specific language that i want, just however looking at those letters together sounds in your head :)
If you were following French pronunciation, it would be something like [ké-LEH]
"è" - as in "get", "met", "set"
"é" sound (as in Renée, cliché) - doesn't exist in English, although it is often mispronounced as "ay". It's roughly a shorter "eh" sound.
