I prefer Louise or Eloise to Louisa. Usually I don't enjoy spondees, but Louise and Suzanne are fine. Louisa seems needlessly prolonged, but Eloise doesn't so clearly there's no logic involved!
Of your combos, Louise Evangeline is rhythmically perfect; Louise Margarethe (4 syllables!) would work too. I find Louise Stephanie difficult to pronounce, worse than Louise Serena.
