I've always liked the name Cleo a lot. I'm not really sure why, but I just find it interesting and spunky. Clio is alright, but Cleo looks nicer imo. Not a fan of Zephyrine at all.

Cleo is very hip and has a mysterious vibe to it I like. Clio doesn't do much for me, though. Cleo Zephyrine is a little too hipsterish for me, though. Either name should be paired with something more common.

Cleo reminds me of cats, but I still love it. Clio reminds me of the paintings of Lawrence Alma-Tadema, which makes me love it even more. http://www.alma-tadema.org/Bluebells-large.html

I like Clio Zephyrine! Cleo Zephyrine... Clio Zephyrine... I think Clio might look better in this combo, but I'm not sure. I like it either way though :)

I really like both Cleo and Clio, though I prefer Clio because of its classical significance.Cleo / Clio Zephyrine is a dazzling combination; it's reminiscent of fresh, invigorating air.

I don't really like Cleo because it reminds me of an old pervy mechanic.... Sorry I can't help on this, I just have a tainted view on the name!

I don't pronounce them the same and prefer Cleo (Clio is a car to me). I also like it as a nickname for Cleopatra.
Not a fan of Cleo Zephyrine, Zephyrine is just one of those names I can't get into and it seem to be trying to hard to me.
