Sorry for having two posts so close together, but I just discovered a new-found love for Liviana. I've always liked this name, but I've never looked at it properly, because I figured it would always be beaten by my favourite names. But now I'm seriously thinking about it.
WDYT? Do you know anyone with this name? I love the nn Liv. Any combo suggestions? To give you an idea, these are the middle names I like for some of my other names:

I don't like it. When I look at it and when I pronounce it, all I can see/hear is "liver."

I like it. I like the nns Liv, Livi, Liana, Vi, Viana, and Ana. I don't know any Livianas.

Not a bad name, but I prefer Lavinia to Liviana. I've never met anyone with either of these names.
