I like Louisa well enough as long as it's pronounced loo-EES-ah, *not* loo-EEZ-ah (don't like Louise at all). However, I do find it a bit dated--but that's possibly because my mom's longtime friend is names Louisa, so I associate it with the 50s/60s.
