I used to love Cecilia and now I'm sort of lukewarm on it. It is a very classy name though, if borne by the right person. Selah is the name of a run-down town in my state so it's very weird as a name to me. Besides that, it reminds me of seagulls, I guess because of the spelling. What about splitting it halfway and going with Celia? It seems like the perfect combination of Cecilia and Selah to me.
