I like both Damian Zarek Alexander and Damian Alexander.
Damian Alexander sounds stronger and more masculine, but if you want two middle names or a more unusual name, then Damian Zarek Alexander is a good choice. I'm happy as long as Alexander is in there somewhere, I love that name!
I would say that Adrian and Damian are too close for siblings, but not for father and son. Sarek (this spelling) is also a Swedish folk-pop band, and it's the first thing that comes to mind. But after all, I'm Swedish and I guess that you wouldn't meet a lot of people with this association.
