I like both Isadora and Isidora (the original form I think), but I would probably use Isadora, b/c it is more common.
I think Isadora might be more popular, as parents search for something like Isabella but less popular. But I don't think it will be among the top 20. I just feel that the name is too stately to become popular among the masses. But we never know, if a popular TV character is named Isadora ...
