Bríd Tulip or Bridget Spring. Irish people associate February with St Bridget (Feast Day is the first of the month). We also count the first of February as the first day of Spring. The Spring bulbs are showing already too.
For a boy - Galen Valentine or Valentine Storm (it's pretty windy and stormy where I am at present) or Reiner/Rayner February :p
Incidentally I heard of a BA the other day - India January.
ETA And I nearly forgot someone we know had a baby the other day, Aine Bríd - I am guessing she is Bríd after the saint.
