When I first saw the subject I automatically thought that you were asking opinions on naming a child February. I would actually quite like February for a girl.
For a boy maybe Phil Connor? lol
I would steer clear of names that are too obviously Valentine's Day themed. Maybe named after the leading man or lady in your favorite romantic film (eg. For a boy Cary, after Cary Grant who starred in An Affair To Remember. Or maybe Hugh if your favorite romantic movie is Love Actually)
