A good friend of mine, Kate, and her OH Ben, had twin girls 4 weeks ago, and finally revealed their names today:

Stella Jane and Trudie Anne (all names are honouring)

(The girls have an older brother named James William)

I think the sibset Stella and Trudie is kind of cute, though not my style...

Stella is okay, but I detest Trudie. The sound is awful to my ears. :/

The middle names are a little plain but that's okay for honoring names.
Trudie seems pretty nicknamey paired with Stella but Trudie is way better than Gertrude.
Both are nice names.

Unexpectedly, I like it a lot. I've always loved Stella, but suffered from a thoroughly nasty Trudy colleague for some years ... and Gertrude is most emphatically not my cup of tea. But as a twinset it's positively zingy, and I love the mns.

I like Stella. Trudie doesn't appeal to me but at least it isn't a McKynsie or Addysen.
