Dahlia. Dalia seems to run together, reminds me too much of Daria, and doesn't look like the flower (I think).
Dahlia Sofia is interesting... I can't say I like it; either Dahlia is too harsh for Sofia or Sofia is too soft for Dahlia. But Dalia Sofia seems more balanced. Hm. Maybe Dalia is better for this combo.

I'd go with the spelling Dahlia. It looks more complete, in my opinion; though, Dalia is also pretty if you want the Spanish version.

Dalia normally. However with Sofia I'd say Dahlia to offset the two five letter names ending in -ia. Personally, I don't like the same endings in a combo, but that's just taste.
I'm used to the h spelling so I definitely prefer Dahlia. As for the flow, it's not ideal but it works for me since the stresses are on different syllables.
I would spell it Dahlia, the same as the flower.
