[Opinions] Pronouncing Zsazsa as ZAH-zah?
With the long "ah" sound. Would it work, and how would it sound for an adult? I'm wondering if it's a bit too La Cage.

I think so. When I hear the name, in my mind I say "Zah-sah", so that's pretty similar to what you'd like.
Sofia explained the pronunciation very well. Like beethoven said, I think Zaza would make more sense. However, I don't think it sounds good for too many adults.
Why not just Zaza? Zha-zha is pretty well engrained with english speakers, I think, because of Ms Gabor. Zaza's much more intuitive.
Zsazsa IS pronounced with an AH sound, just that it's ZHAH-zhah' (zs is like the French J in Jacques). How were you pronouncing it?
ETA: The Hungarian pronunciation is a bit different, but hard to explain and replicate if you don't speak Hungarian, so this is the closest an English speaker usually gets to the original.

You can hear it in one of these:

I can't say it very well, then. Oh dear.
Hmmm... I might just stick it on my list anyway, then...

In Croatian it's 'BAHR-bah-rah', and the Rs are soft.
