Fiona is one of my dh's top names. While I like it too, I don't love it. Re: combos, his fave is Fiona Jane while mine is Fiona Margaret. We've also discussed Fiona Mary.
BTW, Fi is really cute although I'd probably spell it Fee. Fi reminds me of Fee Fi Fo Fum. ;-)
