I don't love it, but I like it. It's a very strong-sounding name.

Yes, I thought about James Herriot's books too
And Siegfried and Tristan Farnon. I love these books and the TV series.
I like Sigfrid, the Swedish form of the name. It is my father's mn.

Yes, I agree. I think of Siegfried Sassoon (sp?) the poet. I'm not familiar with his work, but I always thought he had a cool name.
